The Wisdom of Sundays is a collection of interviews from Oprah’s popular show, Super Soul Conversations. The book is broken up into various chapters and includes interview excerpts from individuals from many occupations and religions. The commonality among the individuals is all have a deeper understanding and awareness of their spirituality and of who they are as individuals. Many notable individuals’ interviews were included such as: Bishop T.D Jakes, Pastor Joel Osteen, Tony Robbins, Brene Brown, Iyalna Vanzant, Devon Franklin, Meagan Good and Maya Angelou to name a few.
